Of the 371 people living in Adelphi in 2020, 37.7 percent (140) were women and 62.3 percent (231) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 35. In the 65 and over age range, there were 33 females and 21 males.
