State Rep. Jason Stephens | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) participated in the White House State Leadership Conference last week, joining over 50 lawmakers and officials from Ohio. The event was organized by the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs to promote cooperation among federal, state, and local governments and to provide a venue for discussing shared priorities and policies.
During the conference, Rep. Stephens met with senior Trump Administration officials, including Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, and Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., to address issues important to Ohio's 93rd District. He spoke about the district’s dependence on coal as both an energy source and an economic factor.
Stephens expressed gratitude for the administration’s support of coal. "It was a great honor to visit the White House and meet with the Trump Administration," said Representative Stephens. "I look forward to continue working with state and federal officials to support and enhance the 93rd House District."
