City of Ironton issued the following announcement.
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with IBI Group Engineering Services USA, Inc. for the purpose of professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRONTON, OHIO:
SECTION I:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into the attached Consulting Services Agreement with IBI Group Engineering Services USA, Inc. for the purpose of producing a stage 1 (roughly 30% plans) set of plans for the Fifth Street Bridge replacement and temporary access road.
SECTION II:
Pursuant to the attached hereto Consulting Services Agreement the City of Ironton agrees to compensate IBI for all hours worked and reimbursable expenses incurred, not to exceed $103,009.00.
SECTION II:
That this Ordinance is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, welfare and safety of the Citizens of the City of Ironton, Ohio and shall take effect immediately upon passage.
