The legislature typically approves a capital budget every two years to fund necessary improvements to public services and facilities across the state. This includes schools, infrastructure developments, mental health services, and addiction treatment facilities.
Both the House and Senate introduced similar legislation today that will be reviewed in both chambers. For a full list of capital budget projects or updates on this year’s process follow On the Record.
