After a year of community-led planning, we are ready to share the final draft comprehensive plan with you! Join us on January 4th at the Choose Chillicothe - Final Draft Plan Review open house. We will be sharing the top priority actions and concept site plans for the Riverside District, Tiffin Property, and Yoctangee Park (south). The City's Planning Team and members of the Choose Chillicothe Steering Committee will be available to answer questions.

UPDATE: A concept plan provides a visual representation of the long-term vision and development policy for specified areas. The plans help determine how an area could evolve to address local challenges while planning for the long-term needs of an area. These concept plans are just a small part of the larger comprehensive plan which includes over 70 actions for the city to focus on over the next ten years! We strongly encourage you to review these in the full draft plan for context or join us January 4th to learn more!
