On Friday, April 11, former Notre Dame High School standout Gwen Sparks’ college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, April 11, former Notre Dame High School standout Gwen Sparks’ current college team, the Pittsburgh Panthers, lost 13-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Duke Blue Devils.

The game took place at Vartabedian Field. This was their first matchup against the Blue Devils this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 3 p.m. at Vartabedian Field against Duke Blue Devils.
