As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Promedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Riverview was owned by HCR IV Healthcare, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Lawrence County, has been owned by HCR IV Healthcare, LLC since Dec. 21, 2007.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
