The City of Chillicothe Parks and Recreation Department would like to announce that beginning October 6th through October 9th several streets in and around Yoctangee Park will be closed in preparation for the Halloween Festival. The Paint Street entrance to the park and some streets on Enderlin Circle will be closed. Barricades and signs will be in the area to assist with traffic flow. Motorists are advised to use caution and plan an alternate route on those days.
