Of the 1,548 people living in Lake Lorelei in 2020, 47.7 percent (739) were women and 52.3 percent (809) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 20. In the 65 and over age range, there were 129 females and 161 males.
