Of the 329 people living in Adelphi in 2019, 41.6 percent (137) were women and 58.4 percent (192) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 92-to-65. In the 65 and over age range, there were 42 females and 32 males.
