Census Bureau: More men than women in Franklin Furnace in 2019

Of the 1,559 people living in Franklin Furnace in 2019, 44.6 percent (695) were women and 55.4 percent (864) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 616-to-444. In the 65 and over age range, there were 179 females and 117 males.
