Of the 1,396 people living in Lake Lorelei in 2019, 45.3 percent (633) were women and 54.7 percent (763) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 427-to-357. In the 65 and over age range, there were 144 females and 121 males.
