Of the 1,676 people living in Oak Hill in 2019, 51.7 percent (866) were women and 48.3 percent (810) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 527-to-477. In the 65 and over age range, there were 208 females and 83 males.
