Of the 209 people living in St. Martin in 2019, 45.5 percent (95) were women and 54.5 percent (114) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Ohio News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 77-to-74. In the 65 and over age range, there were 21 females and 17 males.
