Scioto County School Districts: 240 Hispanic students were enrolled in 2024-25 school year

There were 240 Hispanic students enrolled in Scioto County school districts in the 2024-25 school year, 15.4% more than the previous year, according to reports from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Data showed that Scioto County school districts welcomed 9,555 students during the 2024-25 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 2.5% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the county’s school districts.

Among the 10 school districts in Scioto County, Portsmouth City School District recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2024-25 school year, with a total of 111 students.
