On March 23, 2026, Taylor posted about a major energy investment in Piketon: “Ohio’s industries are growing in leaps and bounds, and I was honored to join @AEPnews and @ENERGY recently to celebrate the historic investment being made in Piketon. This site will be home to a $33 billion, 10 Gw natural gas generation facility, including 9.2 Gw of natural gas”.

Later that day, Taylor highlighted his participation in a local basketball game designed to raise awareness for developmental disabilities. In his post from March 23, 2026, he stated: “I had a great time yesterday at the Venture Hawks vs. Adams County Sheriff Eagles’ basketball game! March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, and this was a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together and celebrate local talent. Shoutout to Maria Sexton for”.

On March 24, 2026, Taylor marked National Agriculture Day by noting the significance of family farming in his district: “Happy National Agriculture Day! With 96% of farms in OH-02 being family farms, a thriving agriculture business not only means that Ohio families have food on their table, but it means farming families are able to make ends meet.
